Heart opening guidance shifts us naturally into healing. I hoover up karmic dust bunnies lurking in your bio field, and give your aura a nice wash. I also create a sacred geometry cocoon around you, to safeguard your energy while you integrate new vibrations unlocked by the reading.

Before we dive in, I will first guide you through grounding + connecting with divine source. The session unfolds within a protective sphere of light, to ensure no unwanted energy interferes with your healing and the messages received are genuinely for your highest good.

Session Formats
Inner Light Guidance is available online or in-person. Online sessions are done over Zoom with video turned off. This allows me to focus on channelling energy and give you the best healing possible.
In-person sessions are held at Sea Dolphin, a cute little healing cove in Tintagel, Cornwall. Yes the legendary birthplace of King Arthur!
