What to Expect
Spa For Your Soul is a one-to-one online healing session conducted via Zoom. Your eyes will be closed for the entire session, so video is turned off to allow for better channelling of energy.
Upon booking, there is a little form to fill in your birth details. This helps me fine tune your healing. You will receive a Zoom link before the appointment.
Session Flow
My preparation begins an hour before we meet, when I would cleanse my space and meditate to connect with your energy.
Every healing is tailored to your specific needs, which we’ll discuss at the start of the session. Before we dive down the rabbit hole, I’ll guide you through a series of grounding + energy protection. During healing, you may experience vivid visions or unusual sensations in your body. Don’t worry, this is all part of the flow.
Following the call, I would spend another hour to tie up any energetic loose ends and seal the work we’ve done safely. All in all, I dedicate 3+ hours to each healing. The actual session lasts about 1.5 hours.
Home Comfort
We are doing intense energy work, so it is best to receive this healing in the comfort of your own home - where you are most relaxed and can cosy up immediately afterwards.
Grab a blanket + plenty of water. Sit or lay down for the session, whatever feels the most comfortable for you.
Be gentle with yourself for the rest of the day. Clear your diary if you can. Perhaps indulge in some self care and allow the healing to integrate.

In the days following the healing session, you may notice delightful synchronicities & receive helpful epiphanies. This is because your energy is now more clear and able to connect with divine inspiration.
