Session Flow
Soul Soothing is a private, one-to-one, online session offered in 2 parts :
The Consultation Call lasts 30 mins, during which we chat about your intention + story. I then go away to meditate on your energy, connect with your higher self + spirit guides, and co-create a plan that would support you the most at this time.
The Session lasts 1.5 hours. We meet over Zoom with video camera turned off. This allows me to maintain a meditative trance, so that I can offer you the best possible healing!
