Heart opening guidance shifts us naturally into healing. I hoover up karmic dust bunnies lurking in your bio field, and give your aura a nice wash. I also create a sacred geometry cocoon around you, to safeguard your energy while you integrate new vibrations unlocked by the reading.

Before we dive in, I will first guide you through grounding + connecting with divine source. The session unfolds within a protective sphere of light, to ensure no unwanted energy interferes with your healing and the messages received are genuinely for your highest good.

Rather, we take a holistic look at the many facets of your soul light; I point out some potential rabbit holes and opportunities. If it looks like your current choices may lead to undesirable outcomes, you absolutely have the power to pivot.

Session Flow
Inner Light Guidance is a private, one-to-one, online session offered in 2 parts :
The Consultation Call lasts 15 mins, during which we chat about your intention + story. I then go away to meditate on your energy, connect with your higher self + spirit guides, and co-create a plan that would support you the most at this time.
The Session lasts 1 hour. We meet over Zoom with video camera turned off. This allows me to maintain a meditative trance, so that I can offer you the best possible healing!
